J Hotel Turin

We had a top stay at this luxurious hotel! The staff here is amazing, always friendly and professional. The rooms and facilities are modern, super clean, and provide enhanced comfort. We were impressed with the beautifully designed lounge/bar area and the delicious lunch offered at the restaurant. The location of this place is also great, being close to the highway and within 20 minutes from the airport. We loved the added convenience of having room service, dry cleaning, and laundry available.

Love the modern and stylish design of the hotel, especially the beautiful restaurant. The staff were polite and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious and luxurious, with a comfortable king-size bed and a large walk-in shower. The location was perfect for us, with easy parking right in front of the hotel.

The room at J Hotel never really cooled to the comfort level I wanted. I set the thermostat to 20C, but in two hours the temperature only dropped from 25C to 23C. By the next morning, it was only 22C. The air conditioning was a little weak as my wife has trouble with temperature regulation due to a medical condition. the hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was very nice as well. The staff at J Hotel were super friendly and very professional, made our stay pleasant. Another great aspect was that the hotel is pet friendly. there were a few drawbacks. The hotel didn't have vending machines or a store, so we had to buy sodas from the bar at an exorbitant price of 8 euros per small bottle. the dinner menu at the restaurant was limited and they were missing some selections. Despite these drawbacks, I would still recommend this hotel overall.

The breakfast selection is diverse and the quality is satisfactory. there are various facilities available, such as a lounge/bar area, where guests can enjoy a drink and socialize.

The Wi-Fi bandwidth could be improved to better accommodate guests who rely on a strong internet connection for work or other purposes.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel had fantastic facilities and was beautifully modern. The location was perfect, being close to the highway and within 20 minutes of the airport. The cleanliness of the hotel was really good. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a wide variety of options.
